Have you ever realized that you need to do a lot of extra things in the company, which you might not have thought of before. Things that come up because the company is changing, but that you may not have the time or energy for – or even know where to start. Things that would be so nice to ask someone else to do. If only there was someone else who could do it, someone who was good at what you yourself need assistance with. Someone who just pops in and gives you a hand once in a while or for an extended period when needed. Someone who is self-employed and requires neither employment nor office space. That’s when you realize you need a Virtual Assistant.
Do you need someone to fix the event, the business plan, the environmental plan, the calendar, the email, manage expenses, update the website, recruitment, scheduling, personnel planning, translation, language review, organize meetings and conferences, book trips, solve problems, look up invoices that have gone wrong or arrange the best staff party/kick-off/congress/board meeting and much more? Someone who is super efficient and acts as your side-kick?
You don’t need 10 different people.
You just need ME.
Everyone needs an extra pair of hands from time to time, to bring order into the chaos or to help out when one pair of hands is just not enough.
I freelance as an events coordinator/ planner and a virtual assistant to help others with all those extra tasks that comes along once in a while, such as arranging corporate events, handling recruitment or translation the website.
I do much more, too, so do not hesitate to ask!
It is important that we work well together, communicate well and over all enjoy working together. Having a virtual assistant by your side is a partnership and we should both be happy with the agreement before starting a a co-operation.
