I have recruited new employees for several organizations. I always use a thorough recruitment process in several stages:
- Taking in your needs regarding the ideal candidate, both professional and personal traits as well as information about your marketing style, company culture, onboarding process and recruitment strategies in order to get the right person for your organization.
- Writing the job ad and posting it in relevant forums.
- Collecting the applications, reviewing them to see if they match the candidate profile and arranging them into four different suitability categories. Depending on your recruitment strategy, you will get to see candidates from group 1 to 3.
- 4. Those who lack the basic knowledge or experience will be discarded and I will let them know immediately.
- 3. The candidates that might be interesting, for the part, even though they are not a perfect match.
- 2. The candidates that are a very good fit, but might be lacking some of the qualifications.
- 1. The candidates that are a perfect fit.
- I grade the applications and CV:s.
- I do initial interviews with the possible candidates, send out personality tests and otger specific tests needed fir the specific role and share the candidate’s profife, application and test results with you so that you can make the final decision.
- I make a suggestion of the top candidates based on total scores from the recruitment process.
- I use a document for the recruitment process to keep track on and update the total scores.

- Looking for possible candidates in relevant networks and forums.
- Answering questions from applicants during the recruitment process.
