Need help with planning, organizing, coordinating or managing an event or maybe just day of coordination?

Many people separate the roles and services of an event planner, event coordinator and event manager. Some people specialize in event design or only do ”day of” execution. I’m more of an all-rounder, I can help out with all tasks you need help with, big and small.

I have done a bit of everything, from board meetings of 10-20 people, conferences for 20-700 people, parties for 30-200 people as well as a Christmas market with 145 booths and fairs for 5-7000 people.

In some cases I was only doing the planning before the event and catering staff in the venue was taking care of the set up.

In some cases people would come with a ready-made idea or concept for a party and I would coordinate and arrange everything with time schedules, booking caterers, ordering cake and decorations, but the set up was done by the client day of.

In most cases, though, I would plan and organize the whole thing from start to finish and being there every step of the way.

As I live in Sweden, I am quite used to doing online meetings with clients and the planning before an event can easily be made from a distance. I would then only need to go to the location once or twice before the day of.
